ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website https://chrono-kids-store.com/

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Chrono-Kids confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the e-mail address that the latter will have communicated. The sale will be concluded from the validation by Chrono-Kids of the payment of the order, that is to say from the date of validation of the payment for the orders paid online by credit card or from the date of receipt of the payment by check. In any event, Chrono-Kids reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of the consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the state of the stock at Chrono-Kids and of course at the suppliers.

To create our showcase and our sales catalog, we work with databases, enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database comprising more than a hundred articles, not all of them are stored in our reserves and our offer is then subject to the availability of the articles from the suppliers.

Only the definitive rupture of an article with our suppliers entails the deletion of this one from our sale offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain period remains possible.

When there is unavailability of a product ordered, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order for several items.

Deadline for delivery of the order: when placing the order and on the acknowledgment of receipt of the order, a delivery deadline is communicated to the customers. It is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the delivery time of the mode of transport selected by the customer.
From the placing of the order, to the dispatch thereof, the customer has the possibility of canceling his order.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE 
The prices indicated in euros are deemed to be net, excluding postage. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products. They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced on the basis in force when the order is recorded. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include participation in preparation, packaging and postage costs. Consider consolidating all of your items into a single order. We will not be able to combine two distinct orders and the shipping costs will be invoiced to you for each of them.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a pick-up point. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the parcel to which is added the time of routing. Chrono-Kids delivers worldwide. The buyer is informed by e-mail of the different stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.

The delivery time includes preparation time and delivery provided by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 7 to 21 days is valid upon receipt by the buyer of the email of the delivery of the order. The delivery time (announced by the carrier) in no way commits Chrono-Kids to a longer period.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL

The items provided by https://chrono-kids-store.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

The customer must return the new or unconsumed items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice ). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@chrono-kids-store.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Chrono-Kids is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs are then your responsibility.

In case of reimbursement, we guarantee that it is made within a period less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will only be carried out upon delivery and receipt of the said products by the purchaser.

Chrono-Kids is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it is legally protected, and is prohibited in particular from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or preserving, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means. and in any form whatsoever, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part, of the content of the databases appearing on the site which it accesses.

ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
The descriptions of the products present in the databases of https://chrono-kids-store.com/ have been entered according to the information communicated by the publishers. Chrono-Kids is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable with regard to the purchaser. Chrono-Kids  cannot be held liable in the event of the occurrence of a case of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

The products offered comply with the French law in force. Chrono-Kids declines all responsibility if the item delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or an author, etc.). Chrono-Kids is not responsible for the content of sites to which hypertext links may refer from its own site.

All the clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale, as well as all the purchase and sale operations referred to therein, will be subject to French law.

ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASER
These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to avail himself of any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

These conditions can be modified at any time without notice by Chrono-Kids - Update of the general conditions of sale on April 1, 2022.
