Shipping policy

1. Notification Of Delivery.

In your customer area, you will have access to your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so that you can track your order online until it arrives at your doorstep. You can also choose to receive a delivery confirmation via SMS on your mobile phone.

We deliver to your home or to a relay point. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the parcel to which is added the time of routing. Chrono-Kids delivers worldwide. The buyer is informed by e-mail of the different stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.

2. Deliveries Within The US.

We offer two delivery methods:

- Standard delivery  : This delivery method offers delivery tracking and is completely free in the United States.   

- Secure Delivery - Loss / Damage / Theft : This delivery method offers delivery tracking and costs $4.99 in the United States.   

A problem with USPS? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed? With our  secure delivery, Chrono-Kids takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't pass the blame on to the carrier by letting you "manage it". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

The delivery time includes preparation time and delivery provided by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 7 to 21 working days* is valid upon receipt by the buyer of the order delivery email. The delivery time (announced by the carrier) in no way commits Chrono-Kids® to a longer period.

Chrono-Kids will be obliged to cancel any international order that has not been the subject of a request to our customer service. 

* Average delivery time observed for the United States from the delivery of the package to the carrier (for working days only, ie excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).

3. Missed Deliveries.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a transit advice note, notifying you that you have missed the delivery. You can then contact them to arrange another delivery at a time that suits you, or pick up your item at the sorting center closest to your home within 15 days. 

If the item is returned to us for any reason (such as incorrect address, incorrect item) then Chrono-Kids will notify you immediately by email as soon as the item is received. You can then ask us to return the item or a refund. Please note that if the items are not delivered due to consumer error and a refund is requested, Chrono-Kids reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs, (included in the price of standard delivery) from the reimbursement (£6.90).

It is very rare that an order does not reach our customers. The tracking number to find any order, but do not hesitate to contact us by email at support@chrono-kids-store.com  : our team will do their best to meet your expectations.  

4. Late Deliveries Or Processing.

Problems with the delivery service and especially during the Covid-19 period may lead to additional delays. This situation is very rare and unfortunately beyond our control. These are hazards naturally associated with online commerce. In this case, Chrono-Kids and its team will do everything in their power to take responsibility and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

5. Indirect Losses Due To Late Delivery

If a delivery is late (for example if the postal services do not make the delivery within the guaranteed time), Chrono-Kids will not reimburse you and no financial compensation can be offered for any indirect loss (for example if you have taken time off in order to receive your delivery or if the item was intended as a gift and you had to purchase the same item at a higher price from another retailer).
