Return policy

1. Order Cancellation.

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the associated status is not "  in process  ".

If this were the case, it is always possible to cancel your order! But the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will then amount to 40% of the purchase price.

2. Return An Item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to send your items back and receive a refund.

At Chrono-Kids, we strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, in the event that the items you receive do not correspond exactly to your expectations, please contact our customer service.  

If you wish to return one or more items and receive a refund, the following conditions apply:

- Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all instructions, warranty and extras that were included.
- If a fault is found with the items on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.

This possibility can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the article. Please note that packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure it is eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method you used to place your order within 14 days. 

Returning items  : 

With the product must imperatively be attached your invoice as well as the reason for returning the product and the desired compensation: refund / exchange / credit note.

In order to avoid any dispute, the sending of your parcel must imperatively be carried out with delivery tracking. Please retain your proof of postage and provide us with the tracking number.

3. Defective Item.

Chrono-Kids pays particular attention to the selection of its products and the choice of its suppliers. 

If, however, you encounter a manufacturing defect when unpacking your items, you will be entitled to a replacement provided that you notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. So please contact our customer service first.  

In order to return one or more defective items and receive a refund, a credit note, or make an exchange, the following conditions apply:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all instructions, warranty and extras that were included.
